This calendar shows our current availability in Mountain time. Please note that we are currently booking for June and August 2024, although a few spots are left in May.

We are generally available for in-person meetings anywhere in Alberta and British Columbia, as well as meetings by videoconference, in weeks marked “Available in person, Alberta and British Columbia.” We are available for meetings by videoconference and for in-person meetings in the Calgary area only in weeks marked “Available in person, Calgary area.” We are not generally available in weeks marked “Writing week” other than for short, urgent matters that cannot otherwise be accommodated.

Days with bookings in white text on a blue background indicate that the entire day is unavailable. Bookings shown in black text on a white background, indicate that the day is only partially booked. Click on each booking to see the hours that have been set aside; half-day and shorter meetings are often available.
